1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Interpay's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Interpay, a product of Interrand Group, provides a payments platform that enables individuals and businesses to hold NGN and USD balances, send and receive money, spend with virtual and physical cards, and access business treasury and payout tools. Our services are designed for individuals and companies operating in Nigeria.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or be a duly registered business
  • Provide a valid BVN and government-issued ID for identity verification
  • For business accounts, provide valid CAC registration documents and director identification
  • Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent our security or verification measures
  • Use the platform to launder money or finance illegal activity
  • Share your account or credentials with unauthorised third parties

6. Fees

Interpay does not charge monthly account fees. Certain transactions, such as bank transfers or currency conversion, may carry a fee, which will always be disclosed to you before you confirm the transaction. Business accounts may have additional fees disclosed at signup.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interpay and Interrand Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or a regulatory authority. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
