Interpay, a product of Interrand Group, provides a payments platform that enables individuals and businesses to hold NGN and USD balances, send and receive money, spend with virtual and physical cards, and access business treasury and payout tools. Interpay does not charge monthly account fees. Certain transactions, such as bank transfers or currency conversion, may carry a fee, which will always be disclosed to you before you confirm the transaction. Business accounts may have additional fees disclosed at signup.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interpay and Interrand Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or a regulatory authority. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
